What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, and any organisation, phone number, timeline and message you choose to give us.

Our enquiry form also records the IP address and browser user-agent string of the device that submitted it. We use these only to detect automated abuse of the form, and for no other purpose.

Why

To answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the service. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Where we go on to work together, the records that belong to that engagement are kept for as long as we provide the service, and afterwards only for as long as Sri Lankan tax and company law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@secvision.biz and we will respond within 30 days.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, advertising pixels or any other visitor tracking. The only cookie the site can set is a short-lived session cookie created when you submit the enquiry form, which exists solely to rate-limit automated submissions and is not used to identify or follow you.
