Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this site. We sell user experience work, so it would be poor form not to.

What we have done

• All text and interface colour combinations tested against WCAG 2.2 AA. Our main combinations exceed AAA.
• One h1 per page and a correct heading order throughout.
• A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page.
• Every form field has a visible, associated label; correct input types and autocomplete are set.
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
• Pinch-zoom is not disabled. Text reflows without loss of content to 320px.
• Descriptive alternative text on content images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• The site works with JavaScript disabled, including the mobile navigation.

What is outstanding

• This site has been verified structurally — heading order, labels, focus order, contrast ratios and keyboard operation — but has not yet been tested in a screen-reader session with NVDA or VoiceOver. That test is scheduled; we will record the date and the findings here once it has happened.
• There are no third-party embeds on this site. The map is an outbound link rather than an iframe, and there is no booking or chat widget, so no part of the experience depends on a vendor whose accessibility we cannot control.
